Odessans are democratic, delicate and imperturbable. They are accustomed to shocking, so they do not interfere and do not condemn. And they help create a spicy atmosphere (take a close look at the background!).
They also love to meet the sunrises. For example, they specially come to the Potemkin Stairs, sit on the steps and watch the sun “come out” of the sea.
We learned about this Odessa tradition on this particular photo day, when at 4 am we shot a one-minute photoset “She’s Coming!” (read how it was, you’ll love it!) 😉
